At LMRY, we love to collaborate with Brands, Creators, Directors and Artists to find bold ways to tell stories on social media and beyond. We are a Hispanic team working from Spain, Argentina and the US for international brands and agencies. Mostly social-first content for Gen Y/Z humans.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and business-oriented Sr. Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the digital and social media landscape. As a Sr. Account Manager, you will be the key liaison between our clients and our creative team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements.
Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client goals, with a focus on digital and social media initiatives.
Manage a interdisciplinary team to evolve requirements into clear sets of deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative and effective marketing campaigns that resonate with their audiences.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to new business development efforts.
Work on active strategies for new account acquisition.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the digital and social media space.
Manage third party collaborators.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a creative agency setting.
Proven experience in the digital and social media landscape, with a strong understanding of platforms and trends.
A genuine passion for the luxury and fashion industry, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent English skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to develop and present new business pitches.
Commercially-minded and a natural negotiator.
